USCOM 1A hemodynamic monitor

Description

Non-invasive Doppler hemodynamic monitoring

USCOM 1A uses transcutaneous continuous-wave Doppler to measure blood flow through the aortic or pulmonary valve. The 2.2 MHz divergent beam transducer supports signal acquisition, while the touchscreen displays live data, stored data and hemodynamic trends.

The system displays 24 hemodynamic parameters. Seven values—CVP, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, SpO2, Hb, height and weight—are entered by the user; DO2 and SVS parameters require the OXYCOM option.

Features & benefits

  • Non-invasive continuous-wave Doppler with a 2.2 MHz divergent beam transducer
  • Measures flow across the aortic valve at the suprasternal notch or across the pulmonary valve at the parasternal border
  • Displays waveforms, current values, changes from the last stored measurement and average values
  • Stores individual measurements or averages over 3, 7 or 14 seconds
  • Trend analysis and reports with Uscom Reporter software
